Bookish Combines Expert Reviews and Data to Recommend Your Favorite New Book

Bookish Combines Expert Reviews and Data to Recommend Your Favorite New BookFinding a new book to read can be tough. You have millions of options out there, and while some booksellers like Amazon have surprisingly good recommendation services, it's not always enough. Bookish is a site that allows you to find better recommendations, as well as curated lists, critic reviews, and more, all in one place.

Bookish ends up being something of a combination of Goodreads and Amazon. You can sign up for the service and create a book shelf, make lists, and get recommendations that way. More interesting is the recommendation feature. Type in up to four of your favorite books, and Bookish offers up suggestions based on what you like. It's surprisingly accurate, and different from sites like Amazon because Bookish concentrates more on themes and motifs than simply looking at what other people purchased. If you're an avid reader, Bookish is a great site to keep in your discovery toolkit.
