How to get back previous desktop image - windows 7?

I was looking at some photos in a photo folder in 'My Photos'. I right clicked on one, and meant to click on the top line of the box to 'open' the image.

Unfortunately I clicked on the second instruction down which was to save the image as the desktop image. It changed the desktop image immediately, which I didn't want.

How do I get the original desktop image back? Unfortunately, I can't find a copy of this original dektop image anywhere.
